Hi there- I’m Sarah, a licensed professional counselor and the founder of Rooted Willow Wellness LLC.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples who want to strengthen their relationships, heal from past wounds, and feel more grounded in their authentic selves.

My approach is warm, eclectic, and collaborative. I believe that real change happens when we feel safe in ourselves and connected with others. Whether you are working through the day to day impacts of past traumatic events, navigating a major life transition, struggling with intimacy, or repairing relational patterns, I strive to create a space where you can show up as your unique self and create a more fulfilling life.

I draw from my trainings in evidence-based models such as Gottman Methods, Emotionally Focused Couples & Individual Therapy, and Integrative Sex & Couples Therapy to support lasting change in relationships. I am also trained in trauma-based modalities for individuals including parts work, mindfulness and somatic interventions. My background lends itself to working with adults from diverse backgrounds, with a particular passion for supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, promoting sex-positivity and embracing inclusivity.

Beyond traditional therapy, I offer intensives, wellness retreats, workshops, and groups designed to support deeper healing outside of time-limited sessions. These spaces allow individuals and couples to step away from daily stress and fully invest in their healing and growth.

At the heart of my work is a belief that we are most whole when we feel both rooted in who we are and able to grow in connection with others. My goal is to walk alongside you as you rediscover your personal resilience, deepen your relationships, and create a more intentional life.
